No. Our period swimwear is designed to be worn on its own, without pads, tampons, or menstrual cups—just pure comfort and protection.

How much can it absorb?

Each swimsuit can absorb the equivalent of 1 to 3 tampons, depending on the flow. For heavier days, we recommend pairing it with a menstrual cup if needed.

Can I wear it in the sea or in a chlorinated pool?

Yes! It’s designed to perform in both salt water and chlorinated water, without affecting the absorbent layers or comfort.

How do I wash it?

Rinse in cold water after use, then machine wash at 30°C. Skip fabric softeners and bleach. Air dry only.
